1. Good written English and Excel skills so more of a finance person than a operational back ground needed
1. Collateral for all areas. Its all compiled but now needs proper QTY, price comparisons, samples and then arranging for logistics?
2. Separately all F&B Menu?s that needs to be coordinated with Chef
3. OSE items that are outside the normal. Ms Olive Oyl, Tom Yam (bottles, mugs, decorative items etc)
4. Bean&Co accessorizing, cups/take away items, menu boards
5. BOF items in-room (Fish, games etc)
6. Aroma Lab finalization, range, qty?s, labelling, shelving (retail set up)
7. Signage coordination for Rooms (BOH and Guest), evacuation plans, Rules&Regulations positioning
8. Coordination with Signage Consultant
9. Coordination of music content supplier
